Non-Boric Acid chemicals that fall under regulatory classification require prior approval from the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIBRC) before being imported into India. Even if the intended purpose is non-insecticidal, proper authorization is mandatory under the Insecticides Act, 1968.
